Delivery Status: Please note that there may be delivery delays due to COVID-19 and allow an extra 2-5 business days to receive your item depending on your location. 


Among order verification and payment approval, orders will be dispatched usually within 5-10 business days once the order is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days in Hong Kong. When your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as reference as it will include your tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package. 


To check the status of your orders, log in to your account on our site and simply view the Order History in the My Account section. View complete order details including tracking number by clicking on the order number.

All domestic Hong Kong SAR orders will be shipped via SF Express or HK Post Smart Post within 1-3 business days. Customers can enjoy complimentary shipping for a limited time only. 


International Orders
International orders are shipped via couriers below with tracking. We are currently shipping internationally to China, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

Lost & Damaged Goods
KIN Official Limited is not responsible for any lost of damaged packages. However, if your package has been lost or damaged, please let us know at orders@kinmade.co and we can help you as best we can with the relevant courier.

For all international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the destination country/region. Any customs duties, taxes and fees charged are not included in the price of our products. Unfortunately we cannot control or cover these charges or delays if they may arise.
