Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on full priced products (sale products are excluded unless faulty) subject to the following conditions: 

  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Condition of garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. hangtags attached, clean and in original condition. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted. 
  • Sale items are not accepted for returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty. 

Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange (sale products excluded), please email us at orders@kinmade.co and include the details below:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Reason for exchange, please include the product name, size and colour of the item you’d like to exchange to

After approval and inspection, Returns or Exchange will be provided. Please allow at least 10-14 business days for processing funds depending on the transaction processes needed. 


Return Shipping

  • Shipping, duties, and tax charges that may be incurred due to the exchange or return are the customer’s responsibility. 

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without email communication and authorisation. 


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping confirmation. If you would like to cancel an order after shipping has been confirmed, please contact us directly at orders@kinmade.co for customer assistance.
