Healthy Banana Bread

This healthy banana bread recipe is gluten free, flourless, sugar free, dairy free, and so good for you. It is so simple to make and perfectly moist.

Great for a quick breakfast or sweet snack. Give it a try! 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED  

WET INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe bananas 
2 eggs 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
1/4 cup coconut oil 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
   
DRY INGREDIENTS 
1/2 cup oat flour or vanilla protein powder for high protein option
1 cup almond flour 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 
1/2 tsp nutmeg 
(Optional) top with coconut flakes 
 
  1. Preheat your oven to 175c 
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl until smooth
  3. Add dry ingredients until fully combined 
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center passes the clean toothpick test
